Jonathan's extensive experience in both corporate and entrepreneurial settings has proven a valuable asset in understanding customer requirements. During his 25-year career, he has held executive positions in finance at such prestigious companies as Westinghouse Corporation, Cox Enterprises and National Data Corporation. He also founded two thriving technology companies prior to Renova.

Jonathan holds a BA in Foreign Languages, an MA in Social Science from the University of Georgia and an MBA in Finance and International Business from Georgia State University.

Phil Tucker, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer
Phil joined Renova in 1999, bringing more than 30 years of experience in all aspects of financial and operations management for high-growth companies. His expertise helps ensure Renova's continued expansion and organizational efficiency, and enables Renova's services to adhere to customers' financial requirements.

Among Phil's career highlights are tenures as vice president of strategic development at Pameco Corporation and vice president of finance at Acme Decal Limited, Eastern Electric Apparatus Repair, Inc. and Hoyne Industries, Inc.

Phil holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Georgia and is an accredited CPA.

Marc Melkerson, Vice President, Sales/Marketing
Marc brings a powerful combination of both technical operations and sales experience in the electronics industry. He joined Renova in 1999, and his responsibilities have included sales and marketing as well as repair and manufacturing operations. His team's dedication and responsiveness to customer needs strongly reinforce Renova's focus on quality, service and reliability.

Marc's career background includes regional sales management positions at Carroll Touch Systems and CTX International. Before joining Renova, he was national accounts manager at Video Display Corporation.

Marc holds a BS in Marketing and Business Administration from Drake University.

Experience and stability are hallmarks of Renova's technical staff. Each technician averages 19 years experience in the industry, and more than 4½ years at Renova - a testament to the company's commitment to creating a positive, rewarding work environment.

The Renova team is comprised of quality professionals, many with master's degrees in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering and automatic processor technology; bachelor's degrees in industrial manufacturing and electronics, radio engineering and thermal engineering; and associate degrees in production physics and electronics. Many are A+ certified technicians.

A substantial number of industry credentials have been earned by members of the group, including: service and repair certifications from OEMs such as Okidata, Wyse, HP and IBM; Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer designations; SCO ACE certifications; certifications from state and federal divisions of Weights and Measures; and state certifications for X-ray. Wide-ranging experience in electronics manufacturing provides a solid foundation for identifying component design and manufacturing flaws.
