Repair
Electronics no longer functioning are repaired to OEM standard (excluding cosmetics). Dysfunctional components and parts are replaced and the original source of the problem is identified and repaired. Item returned to the customer functions properly and has been cleaned. All work, components and parts repaired are warranteed.

Rework
New components not performing properly due to a design or manufacturing flaw or a faulty part require rework services. Renova technicians identify and correct and/or repair the flaw so the items can be relied on to perform properly.

Refurbishment
Refurbishment is the process of restoring used, non-functioning components to like-new condition. In addition to repairing the failure, Renova technicians provide cosmetic and other services to make the items look and work like new.
